For over two decades, Dr. Rahima Hirji, ND, has been guiding women through the most pivotal stages of their health journeys. As the founder of Sage Naturopathic Clinic, she brings deep clinical experience and a personalized, compassionate approach to women’s health—from the hormonal shifts of adolescence to the complex transitions of perimenopause and menopause. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.
Dr. Hirji has developed a specialized skill set in treating conditions like PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, and the full spectrum of menopausal concerns. Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies including nutrition, targeted supplements, intravenous therapy, lifestyle coaching, and hormone replacement therapy to support optimal health at every stage.
...She helped develop the Menopause program at Sage Naturopathic Clinic with a team of nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists all trained in menopause, in order to be able to provide women with the most up to date guidance, supported by evidence.
She also has advanced training in the diagnosis and management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other functional gut disorders—an area of particular relevance to women, especially during hormonal transitions when digestive symptoms often worsen. She is co-founder of The Tummy Clinic, a virtual integrated clinic that focuses on irritable bowel syndrome.By understanding the deep connection between hormones, the gut, and the nervous system, Dr. Hirji helps patients uncover root causes and develop treatment plans that restore balance and improve quality of life.
