Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic Medicine is a form of alternative primary health care that addresses the root cause of illness and disease. Naturopathic Doctors have received 4 years of post-graduate education and are regulated through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

The main goals are to promote optimal health and prevent illness using the innate healing power of the body. Natural techniques and therapies are used to diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions. Therapies can be used in conjunction with conventional medical treatments. Treatment plans are developed based on your individual needs to optimize the results.

A variety of different treatment modalities may be used that are best suited for your needs. These will include dietary and lifestyle counselling and may include Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Botanical/Herbal/Nutritional Supplementation, Intravenous Therapy and Lab testing.
